The Respa Ortho Comfort mattress uses a 13 guage open coil spring unit which incorporates the Respa-Tech system. This gives the mattress a more rigid feel from the spring by linking the mattress with cork screw wires. This extra firmness is counter-balanced by extra layers of upholstery, making for a very comfortable and well balanced mattress.
